4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you create using Convopost. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Convopost to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the terms of service of any connected social media platform.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase per our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Convopost is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.
